The Placement Cell has a network with all placement offices in and around the district. It provides employment opportunities to trainees after completion of their training. It maintains the up-to-date record of the trainees enrolled, employed 7 self-employed.

For effectivity and higher placement success, the placement cell has now introduced a new plan. In this plan while undergoing the training, every trainee, under foster guidance of the cell, has to visit every month four places, where there are possibilities of getting jobs after completion of training. A trainee also has to visit every month one organization providing loans and gather information on the prescribed form for self employment. This plan is being successfully tested out and it was found that, about 40% of the trainees are able to get jobs/self employment by themselves.
