Melghat is situated in the dense forest region of Satpuda Mountain under Amravati district in India. India's prohibited tiger protection area also comes in this region

WHO has declared Melghat as India's most malnutrition-hit area. UNICEF participated through safe and clean drinking water projects. Shramdeep has been engaged in facilitating the tribal women of this region by imparting income generation skills, since last 4 years. The training is igniting the confidence, hope and providing daily bread to several families.

Tribal/Rural Agro-Tech resource center: With the partnership support of EED Germany, Shramdeep has opened the resource center. The training center has been constructed at village Paratwada in Amravati district along with one well and irrigation arrangements.

The center supports the unorganized tribal and rural farmers with practice of age-old pattern of farming by introducing new technology. The new concept of Herbal Medicinal Plantation & Cooperative Efforts For The Sale will be introduced.

This center is awaiting for a suitable partner.
